What is Rawkus Designs?
Rawkus Designs is a Caribbean lifestyle brand celebrating the humour, culture and everyday expressions that make our islands unique. We create premium apparel and homeware inspired by the sayings, traditions and spirit of the Caribbean, designed to spark recognition and conversation wherever they're worn.
Why "Rawkus"?
Because Caribbean culture was never meant to be quiet.
Rawkus is bold. Joyful. Creative. Unapologetic.
It's the sound of lime, laughter, Carnival, Kaiso and the stories that connect us wherever in the world we call home.
Where are your products made?
Every Rawkus product is made to order by our trusted global production partners. This means your item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed, helping to reduce waste while maintaining high quality.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We're working to expand to additional countries as we continue to improve delivery times and the customer experience.
How long will my order take?
Because every item is made especially for you, production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery:
- United States: 3–7 business days after production
- Canada: 5–10 business days after production
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Why are your products made to order?
We believe in producing thoughtfully rather than in bulk. Making products only when they're ordered reduces unnecessary waste, avoids excess inventory and allows us to offer a wider range of unique Caribbean-inspired designs.
Can I return my order?
Because every item is made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns due to ordering the wrong size, colour or simply changing your mind.
However, if your item arrives:
- damaged,
- defective, or
- incorrect,
please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- your order number,
- photographs of the item, and
- photographs of the packaging.
We'll investigate immediately and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
How do I know which size to order?
Every product includes a detailed sizing guide on its product page.
We recommend comparing the measurements to one of your favourite garments before ordering.
If you're between sizes, sizing up is often the most comfortable choice.
Can I collaborate with Rawkus?
